Hino Motors is a Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles and diesel engines (including trucks, buses and other vehicles) based in Tokyo. The company is a leading medium and heavy-duty diesel truck manufacturer in Asia, available in nearly 100 countries and territories worldwide.
In Vietnam, Hino Motors Japan Ltd., had entered into a joint venture with Vinamotor and Sumitomo Japan Corporation to establish Hino Motors Vietnam in June 1996.
During the development process, Hino Motors is always interested in contributing to society, not only through providing high quality truck and bus products but also through educational support programs, not only in Japan but also in other countries.
Especially in Vietnam, from April 2019, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and Hung Yen University of Technology & Education began sending graduates to Hino Motors Japan via Workstaff company to work with role as engineers at Hino’s design department.
To prove the friendship between Hanoi University of Science & Technology, Hung Yen University of Technology & Education and Hino Motors Japan, Hino decided to donate a Hino XZU truck to each school, supporting the studying and researching students of technical schools, contributing to developing human resources for the automobile industry in Vietnam. Through that, develop high quality human resources to meet the labor demand in Japan.

On May 24, teachers and students of Hung Yen University of Technology & Education welcomed the Hino delegation to donate Hino truck.
In the coming time, Hino Motors Vietnam and Hino Motors Japan will continue to try to strengthen relationship between the two sides, while contributing more to the development of Vietnam.
